Our services offer support and information to young people aged between 12 to 25 years old around:

Drugs and alcohol

Sexual health

Relationships and parenthood

Our services are free and confidential, and our team are friendly and non-judgemental. We provide one-to-one support as well as group education. We can also provide more intensive support where necessary.

Whether you’re worried about yourself, a friend or someone in your family, we’re here to help.
