Reston & Auchencrow Community Larder

Love food, hate waste

Heart full of vegetables and fruit

Reston & Auchencrow Community Larder is a non-profit organisation that aims to reduce food waste by encouraging the community to share food items they won’t use and pick up items to create healthy balanced meals for their families.

They regularly update their Facebook page so people can see what they have on offer and share simple recipes and ideas for family meals. Visit their Facebook page for more information.

They have a box for donations of food both in the Larder and in the village shop Reston Provisions. They can accept any dry goods such as tins, packets and jars as long as they are within their use-by date.
