YMCA Tayside is an organisation that works to “Empower Young People,” whether that’s helping them find their next steps in life, supporting them through difficult situations they might be in, or hanging out, playing games and chatting. We run a lot of different sessions including:
Our Summer programme has some great opportunities for young people to get out and about, either being really active or less so

Y-Innovate Technology Hub
We have a wide range of technology available for young people to try in different sessions, including Virtual Reality, 3d printing, robotics, t-shirt & bag printing, video editing, photography, game design and more! Not everything is always available but please just ask and we can see what can be arranged!
If you’re needing a hand looking for a job or applying to college or uni, then we can help with that.
RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons can be a great way to socialise in a structured environment, as well as loads of fun.
Health and Wellbeing
We have a free gym space available for age 16+ young people to use with supervision from our trained staff, as well as walk and talks. Health and wellbeing can be different for each person so please get in touch and we cam support.
Throughout the year we run loads of outdoor activities including kayaking, canyoning, abseiling, and others.
This isn’t everything we do!
We also work with schools, churches and other organisations, but that list is a good, brief overview. Please get in touch if anything interests you!
