What’s happening?
Bite Back, supported by Young Scot and Aberdeen City Council, is running a free 2-day workshop during the October holidays, 20th – 21st October, where you’ll:
- learn how the food system works (especially in Aberdeen)
- explore how food is marketed to young people
- come up with ideas to make things healthier
- build skills and confidence
Plus… there’ll be fun activities, including a trip!
It’s totally free – we’ll pay for your travel, and meals will be provided!

- Tuesday 20th October – Wednesday 21st October 2026
- 10am – 4pm both days

We’ll select a mix of young people from across Aberdeen to make sure different voices are heard.
