Meet the Glasgow Life Team – Natalie

Hi! I’m Natalie McNair. I’m a Libraries and Communities Officer with Glasgow Life.

I work in the south of the city and cover Gorbals, Castlemilk, Toryglen and Govanhill. I am also responsible for our Positive Pathways programme, which aims to support young people into work, college or a suitable training course that will help them progress in life. We support young people based on their individual needs.

How long have you worked for Glasgow Life?

I’ve worked for Glasgow Life for over 10 years. Before I started, I used to run Victoria’s night club as the assistant manager.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I love working directly with young people. I love working with more challenging young people and seeing the difference that I can make to their lives.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself

I once canoed 50miles across Canada through mountains and forests and nearly capsized three times.

To get in touch with Natalie, please drop us an email at youth@glasgowlife.org.uk. Or give us a call on 0141 287 4350
