With You – 16+ Drug and Alcohol Support

With You provides free and confidential support to people who are 16+ and worried about their own drug or alcohol use or someone else’s.

If you live in the Scottish Borders and you are struggling with your own alcohol or drug use or if you are worried about a family member then please get in touch; they have trained recovery workers who will provide non-judgmental support and guidance.

They’ll work with you on your own goals, whether that’s getting a bit of advice on harm reduction, cutting down your drug or alcohol use or stopping completely.

They offer a number of recovery activities and peer support groups and we can be contacted through their Facebook page or freephone number 0800 028 6664.
