DD8 Music

DD8 Music is a charity which aims to involve young people at all levels, including participation in the organisation of events and also in positions of responsibility, for example, as posts on the committee.

Our Youth Sessions are for young people aged 12 to 25 years old. The sessions are about coming together and enjoying music. Don’t worry if you’re not in a band as individuals can work together jamming and writing songs. If you are in a band come along and get help and advice. The sessions are free and give a good introduction to what DD8 Music can offer. Don’t be shy!

We do song writing, learning an instrument, playing music with others, music technology, ie recording and editing and using music software, as well as creating and running events that can be enjoyed by the wider community.
