Join the free drop in service at the Man On Wellbeing Centre for some peer support and wellbeing activities. A referral form must be completed prior to attending. The Young Person’s Wellbeing Service (15+) takes place on Wednesday’s from 3-7pm.  

“Man On!” is a suicide prevention & wellbeing charity for the adults & young people of Inverclyde & beyond. Through our lived-experience and trauma-informed model, we provide a wide range of group & individual services that are free of charge.

  • Experienced all our staff and volunteers have their own lived experience within various areas when it comes to mental health. This allows us to form a deeper and relatable connection with those wishing to access our services.
  • Always learningWe are committed to on-going training for our staff and volunteers to ensure that alongside lived experience, everyone is confident and up to date with the required level of knowledge and support to lead their services.
  • FREE unlike many services, there is not a waiting list or any costs to accessing our services. Although some of our 1-2-1 services require a referral form, most of our core weekly services are open and free of charge to the community to come by when they please.
