Discounts
Young people have access to over 1,000 national and local discounts with their card!
Some of the most popular national discounts include: 20% Pizza Hut, 10% off Co-op, 10% off footwear at Schuh, 15% off School Uniforms at BE Uniforms and much more!
Young people can also get discounts in their local area – including at attractions like 20% off at Paradise Island Adventure Golf! Visit our ‘Near Me’ page to find out local discounts available in your area.
Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
The holographic PASS logo on the Young Scot NEC means it can be used as proof of age.
Young people can use a PASS proof of age when buying age-restricted goods like lottery tickets and rated films.
Young Scot Rewards
All 12 to 26-year-olds in Scotland can use their Young Scot NEC number to sign up for our Young Scot Rewards scheme.
Once they’re signed up, young people can take part in activities such as volunteering, online surveys and quizzes to get points. These points can then be exchanged for Young Scot Rewards including shopping vouchers, technology and experiences such as work-shadowing with a CEO.
Young Carers Package
Our Young Carers Package offers a range of treats for anyone aged 11-18 (inclusive) who provides a caring role.
Once the application is approved, young carers are able to access prizes, opportunities and rewards to help them make the most of their free time and support them in their caring role. Best of all, it’s completely free!
