Stirling Volunteers: Twilight Basketball Ambassadors

Picture of 6 Twilight Basketball Ambassadors holding basketball promotional banner.

This group of young people are an inspiration.  They faithfully give up their free time on Friday nights to come along and support other young people to become skilled in basketball and team work.  They have a passion for basketball but also help and support other young people to grow, develop their skills and become young responsible citizens.

This is a group of young people who support the Senior Phase & Youth Participation Team staff to enrich the session for the young people attending.  These young people are role models for other young people and offer advice and guidance in Youth related issues as and when required. These young people want to continue to develop their skills in sport and physical activity by becoming coaches and teachers, by volunteering they are learning a multitude of skills that are transferrable into employment setting.
