Glasgow City Youth Health Service

The Youth Health Service offers confidential, personalised support for young people aged 12-19 years who live in Glasgow City. Support is available with sexual health, alcohol and drugs, mental health, weight, risky behaviour and employability. The service runs in the evening, with appointments available with Nurses, Doctors, Counsellors, Multiple Risk Workers and a Youth Employability Coach.

The service is available at 9 different health centres across Glasgow City. These are: Drumchapel Health Centre, Easterhouse Health Centre, Elderpark Clinic, Maryhill Health & Care Centre, New Gorbals Health & Care Centre, Pollok Health Centre, Possilpark Health & Care Centre, Shettleston Health Centre and Springburn Health Centre. Full details and addresses can be found on our website:

The Youth Health Service is totally free. The support available is based on the needs of the young person, so there isn’t a standard programme that young people will follow.
