Women’s Wellbeing Group

The women’s wellbeing group is a supportive community designed to focus on the mental, emotional, physical, and social health & wellbeing of women. The group aims to empower women by providing a safe space where they can share experiences & provide peer support, learn coping strategies, participate in a range of informal learning opportunities and engage in discussions about various topics related to wellbeing.

The group takes place every Wednesday morning from 9.30am-11.30am in Whitlawburn Resource Centre.
