The Website is intended to be used by people who live in Scotland and are aged between 11 and 26 years old only. If you are under the age of 11 then you should not use this Website.

How we provide this Website
This Website is available to you for free.
We cannot guarantee that the Website will always be available when you try to access it and that you will be able to access it without interruption. For example, technical issues may result in the Website being unavailable from time to time.
We might suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change the Website or part of it without any notice. If we do this we will not be responsible to you if our Website is unavailable at any time.

Your use of the Website and content created by you
We provide our Website to provide information and interesting and exciting opportunities to young people in Scotland. We ask that you use our Website responsibly which means we ask that you do not use our Website:
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm children in any way;
- to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person;
- to send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; or
- to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, or any other harmful programs designed to adversely affect the operation of our IT systems.
Where we provide interactive content such as chat rooms and bulletin boards, or content from a third party we will provide clear information to you about what kind of conduct is acceptable, and if it is moderated (including whether that is human or technical).
Where interactive services are provided by third parties, we will do our best to assess any possible risks for users (and in particular, for children), and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service in the light of those risks.
However, please note that we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our Website, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our standards set out in these Terms, whether the service is moderated or not.

The information on the Website is provided for general information only and is not intended to be relied upon.
