Applying for Your Young Scot National Entitlement Card in South Ayrshire
To apply for a Young Scot National Entitlement Card (Young Scot NEC):

- If you cannot apply online at getyournec.scot, and you attend a South Ayrshire School, you can contact your school for assistance.
- If you require a replacement card, you can call South Ayrshire Council on 0300 123 0900 or complete the online contact form.

If you are 11-15 years old and applying for free bus travel, a parent or guardian will need to apply on your behalf. If you are 16-21 years old you can apply for free bus travel yourself.
