Applying for Your Young Scot National Entitlement Card in Perth and Kinross

There are several ways to apply for a Young Scot National Entitlement Card (Young Scot NEC):

  • Online at getyournec.scot. You can find out more information about the applications process on the getyournec.scot website.
  • Directly via your local council team. You can complete an application form and return this with supporting evidence to concessionarytravel@pkc.gov.uk. If you cannot submit an application to the email address, Pullar House in Perth is open by appointment only. Appointments should be booked in advance. You can contact the Council team on 01738 475000.

For more information, and to download an application form, you can view the National Entitlement Card section of Perth and Kinross Council’s website.

If you are 11-15 years old and applying for free bus travel, a parent or guardian will need to apply on your behalf. If you are 16-21 years old you can apply for free bus travel yourself.
