Armed Forces Children and Young People Advisory Group

The experiences of Armed Forces Young People are very important to Royal Caledonian Education Trust (RCET).

The RCET supports children and young people from Armed Forces families, and they're looking for new voices to shape their services and reach those who can make a real difference to your lives. As a group, you will represent Armed Forces Young People across Scotland, and be able to create positive change.

If you're aged between 12-25 they want to hear from you!

What commitment is required?

Advisory Group members are expected to be a part of the group for a year and the group will meet a minimum of four times. You will be expected to attend meetings and contribute your ideas.

The RCET hope the group will run for a year in the first place, but if you enjoy being part of the group you can stay a member for longer than a year.

RCET's commitment to you

RCET will ensure your experiences shape the services they provide for Armed Forces Children and Young People. They will provide support to help you in this role and this opportunity, plus being involved in this group will look great on your CV!

RCET will also reimburse your travel expenses.
