Going vegan is actually a piece of cake, like seriously!
First of all, what does going vegan or veganism mean?
Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products (e.g. eggs, milk, etc.), particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of animals. An individual who follows the diet or philosophy is known as a vegan!
Keep your end goal in mind, but go at your own pace. Some people manage to go vegan but not everyone can so don’t worry if you feel you need more time. Like any other change, going vegan takes time to determine what will work best for you. Everyone takes it all at different paces just some quicker than others.
Eat a wide variety of tasty plant foods, planning a healthy diet that incorporates all the vitamins and nutrients you need will be a breeze.

What does being Vegan got to do with Climate Action?
A study published in New Scientist magazine shows that each person can reduce the number of greenhouse gases that his or her diet contributes to climate change by up to 60 per cent—just by going vegan. Eating vegan also helps stop animal suffering and improves and protects our own health.
