Today we encourage you to STEP UP.

Count how many steps you do between now and 5pm.

Different activities can help your step count..

  • Running
  • Walking
  • Playing games
  • Jumping on a trampoline
  • Dancing
  • Exercise

You can do this on your own or why not get family & friends to join in.
