Why did you stand to be an MSYP?

I heard SYP were looking for candidates via the school bulletin in late 2018. I mainly stood to be an MSYP because I wanted to try something new.

What is your favourite part of being an MSYP?

I actually quite like the social side of SYP and I like working with young people from all over Scotland.

What are your interests outside of being an MSYP?

I love music. I can often be found listening to Britpop, other 90s indie and bands that were influenced by those bands. Don’t ask who my favourite music artist is though as that will always change.

One fun fact about yourself?

In July 2020, I started writing for a music magazine.

What campaigns are you currently working on?

I’m tackling various disability related issues but my main focus at the moment is aiming to get more changing places facilities installed across Scotland and getting the changing places map updated.

How can constituents contact you?
