#BordersWellbeing - How to Get Involved

The #BordersWellbeing campaign is running from 2nd November 2020 up until the 20th December 2020.

It is aimed at all young people living in the Scottish Borders aged 11 to 26.

Here are few simple ways you can get involved:

  1. Read the New Young Peoples Guide to Mental Health and Wellbeing (look out for the Young Scot Rewards points code on one of the pages!)
  2. Follow @Youth.Borders, @sbyvoice and @YoungScot on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  3. Share and find information, Rewards and challenges using #BordersWellbeing
  4. Register for a free Young Scot Membership
  5. Collect Young Scot Rewards points to win and claim awesome prizes
  6. Find out more about the 6 Ways to Be Well
  7. Make a small yet positive change to your life with the Easy Read Six Ways to Be Well workbook that can help you to think about your wellbeing, make choices and create your own wellbeing plan.
