Morning Energiser, 9.30 – 10.15am

Thai Chai Taster Workshop, 11-11.40am

Come and learn some basic sign language with Ann.  Learn the signs for words such as “women, family, celebration” and how to say your name.  Book now

Grab a cuppa and come along and join a panel of community members to discuss all things women.  This year’s IWD theme is #choosetochallenge inequality, employability, discrimination, stereotypes.  Come along and listen to the conversations led by women about women.  Book now

Grab a coffee and come and celebrate the achievements of women through a quiz by our CLD team.  This will be about having fun.  Slides will be provided with the questions and they will also be read out.  You will need paper and pen. Book now 

 

Family Fun Learning Time, 3.30pm

Join Community Learning & Development for family learning fun that includes physical challenges and games. Music and interactive creative activities that will get the whole family involved. Wear something purple if possible, to celebrate IWD and please have a blanket to hand for the last challenge.  Book now 

 

Yoga for Families, 6-7pm

CLD have invited Pamela from the Health and Wellness Hub to do some yoga moves which are suitable for the whole family.  Please wear comfortable clothing and have space. Book now 

 

Gaelic Singing Workshop, 6-7pm

Renowned all female Gaelic Singing Group SIAN will lead a workshop and showcase some of their beautiful harmonies. Book now 

 

Relaxation Wind Down, 6.30-7pm
