What is the Young Scot Information Line?

Young Scot's InfoLine is a free information helpline for young people aged 11 to 26.

Who runs the InfoLine?

The InfoLine is run by Young Scot, the national youth information agency for Scotland. It is completely confidential and free to call from landlines and mobile networks.

Who answers the calls?

The phone line is staffed by fully trained Information Advisers so you can ask them any question on any topic that covers, such as relationships, health and wellbeing, school, work, etc.

When can I call?

By calling the phone line you can access information you can trust, when you need it, personalised to you.

Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. When we are closed you can access recorded information.
