How to Support Your Friends with their Exam Results

If you've done well or better than expected in your exams, you should feel proud, but it's important to be mindful of your friends who may not have done so well. If you notice a friend is feeling down about their results, there are a few things you can do to cheer them up.

1) Don’t mock or make nasty remarks

Even if you think it's just a joke, when your friend is feeling down, mocking comments can be hurtful and make them feel even more worried and upset. Put yourself in their shoes and think about how you would feel and how you would want your friends to support you.
