This week’s challenge is:

Making homemade tealight holders from your old jam jars or ramekins.

Tealight holder instructions

What you will need

  1. Jam Jars/Glass Ramekins
  2. Nail Varnish
  3. Spare Ribbon
  4. Tealights

Step 1: Clean and dry your jar/ramekin.

Step 2: Use nail varnish to paint a design on the glass.

Step 3: Attach a ribbon once the nail varnish is dry

Step 4: light your tealight and enjoy.

Top Tips

  • Do this in a well ventilated area.  The nail varnish smells strong.
  • Leave enough time between coats for nail varnish to dry.
  • Save ribbons off old tops for crafts
