I find drawing a really great way to make sense of my feelings and the world around me.
It takes my mind off everything going on and is a great way to pass the time. It can also be a good escape from technology and social media, and a way to explore your own imagination a little bit.
Try drawing something you can see in front of you first and then try drawing something you can’t see. You’ll probably find it much harder, but it’s a really good brain exercise.
You don’t need many materials – even a sheet of scrap paper and a felt tip pen will do!
