This is a stressful time so it’s super important to make sure you’re looking after your mental health as well as your physical health.
Living in such close contact with others ALL THE TIME can be hard, so take some time to do something relaxing and get away from it all for a while. Take a hot bath, watch a happy movie or do some yoga.
Yoga and mindfulness can be a really good way to calm you and help you enjoy just being for a little while. Yoga is sometimes portrayed as a girls’ activity, but in reality it can be beneficial for everyone!
