There's a lot of stigma surrounding periods but there doesn't have to be! It's something that half the world’s population will have to deal with at some point in their life. You're not alone and here we answer many of the common questions...
Plus, from the start of the 2018/19 academic term, all Schools, Colleges and Universities in Scotland started to provide access to free period products. Period products include things like tampons, sanitary pads/towels and panty liners. It also includes reusable products such as menstrual cups and reusable towels/pads.
