#MakeTimeTo is a campaign to raise awareness of #AyeFeel and encourage young people to make time to look after their mental health and emotional wellbeing. The campaign has been created with input from young people from the Young Scot Health Panel and builds on our initial campaign ‘Make Your Mental Health a Priority’.
