5 Ways to Wellbeing
Over the past year Angus Council Vibrant Communities, partners and young people have been working together to understand what the barriers are for young people when looking after their own Health and Wellbeing. We used the 5 Ways to Wellbeing concept to do this. We have some key themes that have come up and now we are having a Youth Event to bring young people and partners together to look at possible solutions around these themes.
At the event we will begin co-designing solutions to these barriers. We have some funding which will allow us to take ideas and bring them to life and test them out over the next two years.
